Job Description
Head of Partnerships
Impiricus
• Own the partnership thesis (who we partner with, why, and when), not just a target list • Convert relationships into signed deals with measurable commercial or product impact • Structure complex agreements across revenue share, integrations, co-marketing, and enterprise expansion • Run long-cycle deals (6-18 months) without losing momentum or stakeholder alignment • Navigate complex stakeholder maps across legal, compliance, procurement, security, marketing, product, and field • Negotiate firmly and without being adversarial; know what matters in an MSA and avoid scope traps • Drive activation post-signature; the deal is not done at close • Serve as the bridge between market signals and product priorities, and vice versa • Keep internal leadership aligned on what is real, what is needed, and what is next • Identify white space and leverage points in the ecosystem; position us against competitors • Understand unit economics and cost-to-serve; recognize and avoid partnership margin traps • Frame strategic narratives clearly; translate complex deals into crisp internal and external stories • Use partnerships to build category leadership and external credibility
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in pharma/biotech, healthcare technology, or pharma services, with direct experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Demonstrated track record of structuring and closing win–win partnerships that delivered measurable commercial and/or product impact.
- Comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels: building partnership strategies while also running detailed workstreams and managing day-to-day partner relationships.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders at external vendors and internal execs at Impiricus.
Benefits
- Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents + on-demand healthcare concierge
- HSA, FSA & DCFSA: Pre-tax savings options for healthcare and dependent care, with monthly employer contributions to HSA (if enrolled in a high-deductible plan)

- Flexible Time Off: Take the time you need with a flexible vacation policy — recharge your batteries your way
- Parental Leave: Paid parental leave to spend time with your newborn, adopted, or foster child (available after 6 months)
- Your Work, Your Way: If you’re close to an office, we encourage spending some time in-person to collaborate and connect. If not, remote is always an option.
