Director, Global Consulting – System Integrator Partnerships

Ada

• Define and execute SI/GSI partner strategy, recruiting top-tier GSI partners and high-performing regional partners. • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and net new logo acquisition through strategic relationships, identifying high-value opportunities within partner client bases and CX transformation projects • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic partner relationships, developing joint business plans with revenue targets and success metrics • Design comprehensive partner sales enablement programs including competitive positioning, value selling techniques, and deal support • Integrate Ada into partner CX transformation practices and digital transformation roadmaps through joint solution offerings and go-to-market plays • Collaborate with Ada's sales, professional services, cloud partnerships, technology partnerships, and reseller teams to create cohesive strategies and maximize partner impact • Partner with Ada's PS organization on joint pursuits, defining clear engagement models and rules of engagement between Ada PS and SI partners • Build business case models, ROI frameworks, and sales materials that partners leverage in customer engagements • Track partner performance metrics including pipeline contribution, revenue attainment, and forecast partner-driven business impact

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years in partner management, alliances, or business development, with 4+ years focused on consulting/ SI partnerships
  • Proven track record scaling SI programs across global and regional SI partners with demonstrable net new business growth
  • Deep experience in CX transformation, contact center modernization, or digital customer service initiatives
  • History of consistently exceeding partner-driven revenue targets and net new logo acquisition
  • Experience with major consulting firms/GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini, etc.) and regional integrators
  • Strong enterprise sales background with understanding of complex B2B sales cycles
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or customer experience technology.
  • Deep understanding of consulting/SI business models, service offerings, partner economics, and CX transformation sales cycles
  • Experience structuring professional services partnerships and defining engagement models between internal PS teams and external partners
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders at partners and enterprise clients
  • Ability to own revenue outcomes and proactively identify, develop, and close new opportunities through partner channels.
  • Experience orchestrating cross-functional strategies across different partner types (SI, cloud, technology, reseller)
  • Excellent relationship building and consultative selling skills
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management with strong forecasting abilities.
