Role Description Buscamos un/a Director de Marca Visual que construirá desde cero la identidad de marca de VEO y todos sus activos fundacionales para que cualquier punto de contacto con la agencia (web, redes, dossier, video, presentación) sea inolvidable, único y transmita con precisión nuestra propuesta de valor. No buscamos un ejecutor de piezas. Buscamos un perfil con criterio para definir cómo se ve, se siente y se comunica una agencia que quiere posicionarse como referente estratégico global. Este rol forma parte de un plan de choque creativo de 3 a 5 meses, cuyo objetivo es desbloquear producción, elevar el estándar visual de VEO y acelerar entregables clave de marca y negocio. Tareas - Comprender el negocio antes de diseñar. Trabajar de cerca con las founders para traducir visión, ambición y propuesta de valor en una identidad coherente. - Tener autoridad y criterio para evaluar el branding actual y decidir qué conservar, qué reinterpretar y qué reconstruir. - Ownership total del proceso: no esperar instrucciones, traer iniciativas, proponer ideas que eleven la percepción de valor de la agencia. - Construir experiencia, no solo piezas. Cada touchpoint (web, navegación, textos, video, dossier) debe ser pensado como parte de una experiencia de usuario inolvidable. - Trabajar con metodología de prototipado y validación. Mostrar avances diarios a las founders, validar visión antes de ejecutar. Cero retrabajo por desalineación. - Coordinar con el equipo interno de apoyo (diseño, copy, AI) sin perder autonomía. Qualifications - 8+ años en branding, dirección creativa o dirección de arte con enfoque de marca. - Portafolio con marcas construidas integralmente, no piezas sueltas (queremos ver sistemas, no posts). - Experiencia demostrable en construcción o rebranding de marcas con ambición global. - Experiencia previa en agencias boutique, branding studios, consultoras creativas o estudios premium. Requirements - Ownership real (no espera instrucciones, las trae). - Autoridad para defender criterio y a la vez integrar feedback con velocidad. - Pensamiento estratégico antes que estético. - Trabajo ágil y validación iterativa, sin perfeccionismo paralizante. - Composición, tipografía, dirección visual y storytelling al máximo nivel. - Capacidad de traducir ambición de marca en activos concretos y memorables. - Sensibilidad editorial + visión de experiencia + lectura de negocio. - Dirección creativa estratégica (piensa en el negocio). - Adobe Creative Suite (nivel experto). - Herramientas de IA generativa: Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Claude, Sora o equivalentes (uso avanzado, no básico). - Conocimiento sólido de UX/UI para dirección de web.
