Remote - Referral Board
Role Description Remote is seeking a Senior Manager of GTM Analytics & Planning to serve as a critical operational leader within our Revenue Operations organization. In this role, you will lead the execution of our data strategy, translating high-level commercial goals into actionable, governed data models. You will be the primary steward of our GTM health metrics—measuring everything from outbound funnel efficiency to long-term account management. - Oversee dashboards and build frameworks for scaling. - Manage sales analytics, capacity planning, and target-setting. - Collaborate closely with Marketing Analytics for a full-funnel view of progress. Qualifications - Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence. - Experience leading teams within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. - Proven track record in GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning. - High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt for building scalable, governed data models. - Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R for modeling. - Deep experience with Salesforce (CRM) and BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau. - Experience leveraging AI tooling (e.g., LLMs) to automate GTM workflows. - A deep understanding of SDR/BDR motions, Partner ecosystems, and the AE/AM lifecycle. - Ability to act as a trusted advisor to VPs of Sales and RevOps. - Strong grasp of statistical concepts applied to sales velocity and forecasting. - A "bias toward action" with a focus on operational excellence. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Requirements - Execute the vision for GTM analytics, ensuring data infrastructure supports a multi-segment, global sales organization. - Manage the measurement framework for Top-of-Funnel (Outbound) and Partnerships. - Maintain the "Source of Truth" for Sales and Account Management. - Drive the execution of annual and quarterly planning. - Act as a key pillar of the RevOps team, driving data integrity. - Coordinate with Marketing Analytics for a unified "MQL to Closed-Won" view. - Build and maintain predictive models for sales attainment and revenue pacing. - Build and oversee executive-level dashboards for real-time visibility. - Direct and mentor a team of GTM analysts.
