Role Description We are engaging CDL-A Owner Operators to support freight transportation throughout the Northeast region with access to long-haul opportunities nationwide. This role is structured for drivers who operate independently and prefer full control over their daily operations. - Drivers determine their own workload, preferred lanes, and schedule while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. - Freight availability includes regional and over-the-road opportunities depending on equipment type and current demand. - Volume may fluctuate based on seasonal and market conditions. - Drivers are not required to accept specific loads. Responsibilities - Operate a CDL-A vehicle safely and in compliance with DOT regulations. - Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule. - Maintain accurate logs and documentation (ELD compliance). - Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips. - Communicate load status and delivery updates. Requirements - Valid CDL-A license. - DOT-compliant truck. - Active cargo and liability insurance. - Acceptable driving and safety record. - Authorization to work in the United States. Work Structure - This is a 1099 full-time role. Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, fuel, maintenance, and all operating expenses. - Freight opportunities and earnings may vary based on market conditions and driver activity.
