Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. - Organizational Design: Develop and implement tailored organizational design strategies that align with clients' 1LMX goals. Redefine roles, workflows, and reporting structures to enhance agility and innovation. - Change Management: Lead clients through digital transformation initiatives by creating change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs. Ensure seamless adoption of new digital tools and practices. - Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to inform organizational design decisions. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with at least 10 years of experience. - Prior experience in Human Resources with strong domain expertise in Organizational Effectiveness - Demonstrated Organizational Effectiveness experience including leading large-scale organizational design projects, team effectiveness, change management for large-scale projects and leadership intervention - Strong project management, organization skills and research skills with the ability to deliver timely, quality products; Ability to develop and manage project plans that ensure flawless execution; Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously - Strong analytical skills as demonstrated by the ability to problem solve and recommend creative solutions.
