Role Description We are looking for a Power Electronics Specialist to contribute to the design and evaluation of complex PCB-based power systems for the purpose of AI Training. This role goes beyond traditional design work, combining hands-on circuit development with the creation of structured validation and benchmarking approaches for advanced design workflows. You will work across a variety of power applications, ensuring designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability standards, while also helping define how such designs are systematically assessed. Commitments Required: 8 hours per day with an overlap of 4 hours with PST. Employment type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave) Duration of contract: 4 weeks+ Location: India, Brazil in PCB Interview: short async test Responsibilities - Design and develop power electronic circuits (e.g., DC-DC converters, LDOs, AC-DC supplies, automotive power systems) - Create and maintain schematics and PCB layouts using tools such as KiCad, Altium, or similar - Select and validate components based on electrical requirements and datasheet specifications - Evaluate circuit performance including efficiency, ripple, thermal behavior, and reliability - Apply best practices for PCB layout, including grounding strategies, routing, EMI mitigation, and DFM considerations - Prepare manufacturing deliverables such as BOMs, Gerber files, and pick-and-place data - Perform validation through simulations, calculations, and design rule checks (DRC) - Define structured validation methodologies covering electrical specs, component compliance, and design integrity - Establish evaluation criteria for PCB layouts, including DRC/LVS, thermal performance, and power integrity - Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve design quality and evaluation processes Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field - 5+ years of relevant experience in power electronics or PCB design - Solid experience in power electronics design (e.g., DC-DC converters, voltage regulators) - Hands-on expertise in schematic capture and PCB layout - Experience with PCB design tools such as KiCad, Altium, or equivalent - Familiarity with design rule checks (DRC), manufacturability, and EMI fundamentals

Role Description The Senior Director of Engineering, AI & Mobile Growth Platforms is the engineering leader of record responsible for modernizing and scaling the technology that enables Optum’s sales, growth, and client teams across all Optum lines of business. This role owns all technology and engineering decisions for the domain, including architecture, platform strategy, AI/agent design, mobile experiences, integrations, and operational excellence. This leader brings deep engineering fundamentals, strong domain fluency in sales and client management workflows, and hands-on experience building AI agents both within Salesforce and outside Salesforce. Their mandate is to bring AI to life by embedding it directly into the day-to-day work of sellers, account teams, and executives—through mobile-first, workflow-aware, production-grade solutions that drive growth, cross-sell, and upsell outcomes.
