• Manage the corporate financial analysis function, including activity-based management, cost-benefit analysis, corporate performance management, and other analyses involving company revenue, expenses, and other business results • Support projects and other strategic initiatives • Direct research and analysis of business and financial information at a corporate level • Make recommendations and assist in establishing the strategic direction of the company • Oversee research, analyses, and reporting of fluctuations in financial and business results to identify trends and research variances • Make recommendations to improve company performance and resolve issues • Prepare reports that outline the company's financial position • Analyze and interpret various internal and external financial reports and statistics • Collaborate with internal teams to provide competitive intelligence

• Own operational oversight including leading the relationship with our third party back-office partner for alternative investments (LPs, private equity, hedge funds) across the product life cycle, including establishing new positions, capital calls, distributions, and period-end close support; apply knowledge of accounting and reporting for alternative investments, and manager fee terms (management/performance fees) on a STAT/GAAP basis. • Execute and/or review reconciliations across the general ledger, subledger/data sources including capital statements and financial statements, and third-party vendor outputs; research, document, and resolve breaks and exceptions. • Lead the manager fee lifecycle, including invoice validation, accrual support (monthly/quarterly), payment coordination, and variance explanations. • Manage alternative investment financial statement and audited statement tracking, including follow-up on missing or late deliverables and coordination with stakeholders. • Drive suspense and exception resolution; improve timeliness/aging through root-cause analysis, clear documentation, and follow-through. • Collaborates across the organization with Investment Reporting, Treasury, Portfolio Management, Reinsurance, and Tax teams to ensure transactions are booked appropriately and communicated to all relevant parties. • Oversee and own design and execution of SOX controls including those performed by third-party back-office provider • Identify and implement process improvements (e.g., data/reporting enhancements, SOP updates, control strengthening) to improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform a variety of responsibilities to assist in evidencing and monitoring Mission Technologies Division Intermediate Home Office and Segment compliance with U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). • Research and perform actions to comply with other government branch acquisition regulations (e.g., Department of Energy, Department of Justice) in a fast‑paced environment with competing and changing priorities. • Actively participate in the preparation, support, and maintenance of various internal and external government accounting requirements and deliverables such as Disclosure Statements, CAS and Business System audits, Time/Labor Charging compliance, and Cost Impact Analyses. • Assist the team in maintaining a comprehensive Government compliance program and improving Government compliance capability and controls. • Respectfully challenge any inconsistencies with transparency and collaboration to ensure compliance, and diligently follow through to resolve known issues and mitigate risk.
