• Provide end-user support, analyzes and diagnoses system problems, identifies root cause, and then solves the problem or escalates issues to other appropriate IT staff when outside area of responsibility or expertise. • Partners with vendor to troubleshoot and resolve system problems, to improve product performance and usability. • Provides vendor with recommendations for system improvements. • Addresses technical issues that occur during installation and maintenance activities. • Designs, implements, and supports applications while ensuring ongoing optimization and performance. • Translates technical requirements into development specifications and provides product management support. • Evaluates and documents system updates, upgrades, and their impacts in collaboration with analysts and end users. • Participates in system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure compliance and optimal system performance. • Develop and maintain documentation, including build specifications, test scripts, and training materials, including the delivery of training when necessary. • Partner with clinical staff and IT professionals to evaluate, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain systems. • Partner with clinical staff and IT teams, to ensure workstations, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals are aligned with the functional and compatibility requirements of Epic applications. • Strategically lead and collaborate on cross-functional application initiatives with application and operational teams to ensure seamless integration, streamlined workflows, and optimal system performance. • Maintain vendor certifications required to support the analyst's application areas of responsibility. • Support system integrations and interoperability efforts with other third-party applications and interfaces. • Assisting as needed with after hour activities such as go lives, upgrades, downtimes, and other special projects.

• Investigation of all assigned files to identify the presence of subrogation and or right of recovery • Applying proper maintenance and file handling procedures in accordance with our company’s Best Practice Standards • Investigation and accumulation of all relevant information required to place all parties on timely notice of our client’s interest • Accumulation of proper lien amount in all assigned files through timely ordering of claims history from the client using the client specific method for doing so • Verification and maintenance of proper lien amount through adjudication of individual bills for relatedness to the file and by duplicate bill reviews at timely intervals throughout the life of the file • Development and monitoring of files to timely settlement by maintaining timely follow up telephone contact with all parties as appropriate including third parties, insurance adjusters and attorneys • Negotiation of files to settlement within client’s authority and state guidelines with attorneys, third parties, adjusters and or our client’s members • Completion of all settlement procedures, including settlement screens, proper documentation of settlement and follow up to insure the recovery checks are received and posted by accounting

• Partner with business leaders to prepare Forecasts, Budgets, and Outlooks aligned with strategic objectives. • Perform monthly variance analysis and prepare accurate management reporting packages. • Support month end close activities including revenue and expense accruals, journal entries, and ledger analysis. • Review financial results, investigate variances, and provide commentary on business performance. • Support financial planning activities and assist with long range planning initiatives. • Develop and maintain financial models to support operational and strategic decision making. • Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable financial insights. • Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation plans where appropriate. • Collaborate with finance and controllership teams to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance financial controls. • Support preparation of materials and presentations for leadership and management meetings. • Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis as required.
