What Success Looks Like - Lead discovery that meaningfully shapes roadmap direction. - Create coherent experience direction across complex workflows. - Reduce rework by anticipating experience risks early. - Navigate trade-offs with structured reasoning. - Deliver cross-squad initiatives with measurable impact. - Leave your domain more coherent and systemized than you found it. - Help junior designers grow through mentorship and example. Scope & Ownership - Own strategy and execution for a defined product area. - Influence roadmap clarity at workflow/domain level. - Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. - Contribute reusable patterns to the design system. - Mentor and model high craft standards. - Participate in cross-tribe design forums. What We Value - Clear thinking over noise. - Insight before output. - Systems over isolated solutions. - Direct, respectful challenge. - Craft excellence as the foundation for influence. Who You Are - 5–8+ years designing complex digital products. - Experienced in leading discovery and framing ambiguous problems. - Strong systems thinker who can operate across multiple squads. - Confident communicator who earns stakeholder trust. - Comfortable navigating financial, operational, and compliance complexity. - Motivated to expand influence toward pillar-level direction over time. Multiplier Values in Action At Multiplier, we believe: - Human experiences matter — even in complex systems like payroll and compliance. - Clarity beats cleverness — especially when users navigate multi-jurisdictional workflows. - People grow people — and world-class teams are built through mentorship, psychological safety, and a shared voice. Why Join Now Multiplier is at an inflection point. As we scale our Global Human Platform across markets and capabilities, Senior Product Designers will play a defining role in shaping how clarity, trust, and human-centric design show up in global payroll, benefits, and financial workflows.
