Account Manager

Rightworks

• Own and grow revenue for a portfolio of assigned accounts within a territory • Execute proactive outbound sales motions to generate qualified meetings and uncover expansion opportunities • Position Rightworks as the trusted technology partner for accounting firms • Lead high-impact discovery and consultative sales conversations focused on customer pain points • Consistently build, manage, and forecast pipeline to meet or exceed quotas • Drive deals through the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Channel teams to align messaging • Identify patterns, objections, and gaps in the sales motion and recommend process improvements

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • Strong preference for experience selling technology solutions to accounting firms or professional services organizations
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting
  • Experience with sales productivity and forecasting tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and Groove
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field)
