• Define scalable, resilient, and secure solution architectures aligned with company strategy • Serve as a technical reference, promoting engineering best practices and software quality • Lead legacy system modernization initiatives, emphasizing decoupling, reuse, and adoption of microservices • Assess and manage technical debt considering impact, cost, risk, and timeline • Establish architectural standards, technical guidelines, and best practices for projects • Develop technical blueprints and reusable artifacts • Design application, integration, data, and infrastructure architectures • Translate functional requirements into sustainable technical solutions • Work with cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP • Define backend architectures focused on performance, resilience, and testability • Ensure quality standards, automated testing, and code reviews • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across development, product, security, data, and infrastructure • Support prevention and resolution of critical incidents • Promote observability practices, monitoring, logging, and tracing • Participate in refactoring, continuous improvement, and technical debt reduction initiatives • Evaluate new technologies and practices that add efficiency and technical quality • Administer and configure tools that support development and operations

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Solutions Architect in complex and critical environments
  • Proficiency with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate
  • Experience modeling with the C4 Model
  • Advanced knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud-native approaches, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud providers AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and serverless architectures
  • Proficiency in integration patterns, API Gateway, ESB, and Event-Driven Architecture
  • Experience with distributed systems, high availability, and scalability
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational data architecture and modeling
  • Hands-on development experience with Java
  • Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and continuous delivery pipelines
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles, the 12-Factor App, Design Patterns, and Refactoring
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, such as Kafka
  • Experience with agile methodologies and observability practices
