Success in this role comes from precision, speed, problem-solving, and the ability to design signage that can be fabricated and installed without issue. Qualifications - Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy - Able to balance speed with precision across multiple active projects - Strong problem-solver who can think through real-world production constraints - Comfortable working within defined guidelines and limited creative flexibility - Communicates clearly and professionally with team members and clients - Highly organized and able to manage shifting priorities Requirements - 3+ years of experience in sign design, environmental graphics, or related field - Proven experience designing interior and/or exterior signage systems - Strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication methods, and installation considerations - Familiarity with ADA and other regulatory requirements is highly preferred Benefits - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Retirement benefits (401K) matching - Paid Vacation - Paid holidays - Company paid Long Term Disability (LTD) - NH Paid Family Medical Leave - NH Residents only
