Admin & Operations Manager, Fluent German
Lovelifepassport
• You ensure that the entire lovelifepassport ecosystem runs smoothly. • You are the architect of our production-grade automations and data flows. • You simplify internal processes and ensure data quality. • You build and maintain complex automation scenarios (e.g., with Make or Zapier). • You actively monitor these and ensure all operations run error-free. • You are responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards that visualize key metrics. • You ensure our systems (e.g., Stripe, Google Workspace, Slack) communicate seamlessly. • You create and maintain clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) and change logs for traceability. • You inform stakeholders after significant incidents and manage access rights and roles.
Job Requirements
- You are highly proficient with Airtable.
- You are familiar with complex data models (links, lookups, rollups) and are able to create interfaces, automations, and scripts.
- You are highly proficient with tools such as Make (or Zapier).
- You have experience with Power BI and possess skills in data modeling, DAX, and deployment to build insightful dashboards.
- You understand API fundamentals (REST, webhooks) and can write simple scripts in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- You also have experience with Google Workspace and Slack admin basics and know how to use Git for version control.
- You have a strong understanding of clear documentation and take full ownership of your projects.
- You work independently and communicate quickly and precisely.
- Knowledge of Python/SQL, Retool/Streamlit, GCP/Azure basics, monitoring (Statuspage, UptimeRobot), and CAPI/pixels is a plus.
- Minimum requirement: German language skills at C1 level.
