Graphic Designer, Media & CRM

La Moda

• Create strategic, creative, performance-oriented visual assets across the customer journey. • Develop creative assets for digital media campaigns, including ads for Meta, Google, TikTok, display, paid social and other performance channels. • Design and adapt visual layouts for CRM, such as marketing emails, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications and automated communications. • Partner with Media, CRM, Performance and Copy teams to align visual concept, messaging and KPIs. • Develop and refine assets for landing pages, product pages and promotional materials. • Contribute creatively to seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand activations. • Ensure visual consistency, brand identity and aesthetic quality across all consumer touchpoints. • Collaborate on performance analysis with performance teams to optimize creatives.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a designer focused on B2C, performance, paid media or CRM.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Figma.
  • Ability to produce visually attractive, clear and conversion-oriented assets.
  • Ability to adapt layouts for different formats, sizes and platforms.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with motion design or video editing for ads (plus).
  • Knowledge of design best practices for performance and A/B testing (plus).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, RD Station or similar) (plus).

Role Description As a Customer Sales Manager (CSM), you’ll join Cardinal’s Centralized Services department (CX3) to support and manage a team of Customer Sales Specialists (CSS), focused on all aspects of the leasing process across multiple contracted communities. You’ll help ensure consistent, quality sales service for assigned communities, with your team of Sales Specialists handling: - Lead management - Lead nurturing - Tour scheduling - Follow-ups - Management of AI leasing tools including AI Renewals and the call center You’ll partner with our Director of Centralized Leasing and Associate Director of Centralized Leasing on enhancements to our leasing platform and participate in the creation of new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes to reflect the work of your sales team in the new, centralized Cardinal Way of Leasing. Along the way, you’ll participate in industry-leading conversations about centralized support and help explore new tools, processes, and automation to help build our leasing process of the future.
