Technical Program Manager

LMI

• Serve as the primary technical lead for the IronGate deployment, data delivery to ensure alignment with customer requirements, constraints, and mission priorities. • Translate customer mission needs into IronGate configuration, data transformation, and delivery. • Combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder management skills to align senior defense leaders to platform-driven delivery approaches. • Oversee the deployment and evolution of IronGate’s strategy and roadmap. • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to integrate IronGate into existing cloud, data, and enterprise IT environments. • Develop and maintain technical documentation including system architectures, pipeline diagrams, and security workflow specifications. • Provide technical guidance and advisory support to customer personnel and partner contractors. • Stay current on ETL tooling advancements, security standards, and evolving DoD digital and cyber requirements. • Ensure compliance with customer cybersecurity, data governance, and software supply chain requirements. • Manage project deliverables, financials, schedules, and team performance across the full solution lifecycle. • Provide clear, regular status updates to senior customer leaders and LMI management.

Job Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; Master’s degree highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and cloud deployments, including security, cyber, and data infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or managing ETL solutions in enterprise or mission environments.
  • Experience interfacing between hands-on technical teams and senior non-technical stakeholders, including creating and managing delivery roadmaps.
  • Experience across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments.
  • Experience working directly with federal defense customers and defense contractors.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical senior audiences.
