Role Description At Clario, part of Thermo Fischer, is seeking experienced Pricing and Proposals Specialists based in India to join our global team supporting clinical trial sponsors. This role operates on European working hours, offering the chance to contribute meaningfully to international projects while based in India. What you'll be doing - Primarily responsible for creating pricing estimates and supporting documentation for changes in scope as well as supporting the wider proposal and pricing process where needed for Clario’s products and services. - Primary Functions in this role will include: - Working with Project Management and Sales Teams on change in scope requests and generating price estimates for simple to complex client projects. - Develop Change Order documents and proposals as required, in collaboration with other departments as needed, using both Clario and Client templates. - Delivering high quality documents within the required timelines. - Updating internal systems with accurate budget and project information on an ongoing basis; maintaining document storage in accordance with departmental guidelines. - Other responsibilities in this role may include: - Coordinating & collaborating with team members to review Fee Schedules for large/complex trials and/or Programs to determine best pricing strategy in conjunction with Sales, Finance, Product Leads and/or Science teams. - Mentoring, ensuring quality, and training other more junior team members. - Providing inputs on process and template improvements: support template updates as needed. - Supporting interdepartmental initiatives, including training, as it pertains to the Change Order and RFP process. - Reading, analyzing, and collaboratively working with the functional team owners to understand client’s Request for Proposal (“RFP”) & protocol. - Generating ballparks, budgets and proposals in support of RFP requests. - Other tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred but may be substituted for experience. - 2+ years of relevant experience in Life Sciences (clinical research, pharma, or related fields). - Demonstrated experience in developing pricing estimates and change order proposals. - Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical industry, terminology and practices preferred. - Intermediate to Expert in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word required. - Experience with Salesforce or another CRM a plus. - Ability to work independently or in team setting; ability to adjust to changing priorities. - Excellent attention and orientation toward meticulous work. - Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to project and maintain a professional and positive attitude. • Develop pricing and underwriting responses to bids and RFPs, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives • Work closely with other relevant teams to prepare and submit bid responses, as well as support follow up questions, as needed • Implement pricing strategies and underwriting policies in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing and industry dynamics to formulate effective pricing and underwriting approaches • Translate the unique offerings of AffirmedRx into common industry terms • Conduct comprehensive pricing analyses to determine optimal pricing structures for pharmacy pricing model • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing pricing strategies and make recommendations for adjustment as needed • Develop and/or incorporate rebate projections into overall pricing for bids and evaluate areas for future potential improvement • Conduct precursor analyses (claims repricing, rebate forecasting, disruptions, savings projections) to be used in development of comprehensive pricing offers • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics that may impact pricing and underwriting • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities and incorporate into overall and bid specific strategies • Validate, edit, and draft narrative responses to financial and pricing related RFP questions • Periodically review and update database responses to ensure consistency with evolving strategies and go to market messaging • Collaborate with business development in negotiating pricing terms and conditions with clients • Ensure contracts align with underwriting guidelines and pricing strategies • Participate in pre-bid, finalist, and other sales meetings as the pricing SME helping to articulate AffirmedRx’s unique pricing model and guarantee structure to the market • Communicate pricing and underwriting strategies, decisions, and updates to internal stakeholders • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market intelligence

• Design and implement pricing strategies for new and existing products, including packaging, tiering, and discount structures • Align pricing with customer value, competitive positioning, and market dynamics • Driving the monetization of AI and future of pricing • Identify and drive opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and customer lifetime value • Lead pricing experiments (A/B testing, elasticity analysis) to optimize outcomes • Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer willingness to pay • Translate insights into actionable pricing recommendations • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams • Enable go-to-market teams with pricing tools, guidance, and training • Establish pricing governance, approval processes, and discount policies • Ensure consistent pricing execution across channels and regions • Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor pricing performance and business impact • Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership

Role Description The Pricing Analyst III is responsible for using their strong experience base in the analysis of Credit/Mortgage Insurance Pricing, Portfolio Risk Attribution, and Credit Risk Transfer Securitizations. The Pricing Analyst III will develop and present to Radian's leadership team ad-hoc financial and quantitative analyses. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy. In addition, this role will be responsible for the development of new pricing and return models, analysis based on market trends and developments, and database management. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and enhance pricing analytics utilizing SAS, Python, Excel, and Tableau related to projected portfolio returns, risk concentration, and CRT performance. - Present findings to Senior Leadership Team on a regular basis to influence pricing decisions. - Develop bespoke MI rate card pricing utilizing competitive intelligence, return thresholds, and desired portfolio composition to most efficiently deploy Radian's capital. - Perform ad hoc analysis related to mortgage insurance pricing, CRT portfolio analysis, and competitive analysis. - Competitive Position Analytics: Perform analysis to adjust pricing as needed in order to maintain desired market share. - Collect and maintain MI pricing intelligence through the development of databases. - Assist in the research and implementation of market data and variables to enhance pricing and financial forecasts. - Perform other duties as assigned or apparent. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience. - 4 or more years of prior work-related experience. - Analytical experience within the mortgage banking, Reinsurance, or financial services industry strongly preferred. - Advanced knowledge of Python, SAS, or SQL, Snowflake, and AWS or a similar programming language. - Prior experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Strong understanding of pricing/valuation/ROC concepts and methods. - Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks under deadlines. - Ability to perform analysis and provide conclusions and recommendations. - Experience manipulating large data sets. - Attention to detail as demonstrated by effective time-management, good organizational skills, and use of analytical thinking to solve problems. - Strong aptitude for analytics; demonstrated ability to draw value-added insights from large amounts of financial data. - Excellent oral and written communication skills and show a demonstrated ability to absorb information quickly. - Strong critical thinking. - Training/experience with Microsoft Office products; very high-level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel. - Ability to be a self-motivator and work independently, as well as work effectively with others. - Intellectually curious - is willing to question traditional ways of doing things and develop new approaches to old challenges. - High level of interest in learning and utilizing advanced analytical and statistical methods. - Demonstrated track record of success and increasing knowledge base. Benefits - Competitive Compensation: anticipated base salary from $80,000 to $120,000 based on skills and experience.
