• Own the end-to-end execution for all assigned OFCI equipment from post-award through final site delivery, ensuring all deliveries align with construction and ready-for-service schedules. • Hold suppliers accountable to contractual production timelines and recovery commitments while providing data-driven insights to leadership regarding reliability trends. • Identify potential schedule risks early, implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays, and escalate critical issues to leadership in a timely manner. • Coordinate closely with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations to manage submittal reviews and ensure deviation management is resolved quickly.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management, specifically supporting large-scale construction or data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing processes and the ability to track complex delivery schedules.
- Knowledge of Chillers, Generators & switchboards preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills to effectively interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to implement recovery plans and manage technical deviations under tight deadlines.
- Google Suite of products preferred.
