Role Description This position is responsible for building, developing, and managing a geographically dispersed team dedicated to maximizing system reliability and availability. Key priorities include: - Co-developing and executing operational processes and documentation - Supporting new project deployments - Providing comprehensive post-COD support—from issue identification and resolution to project reporting, system testing, compliance, and analytics In addition, the Field Services Director will oversee the regional cost center, driving financial performance, mitigating risks, and enabling sustainable growth.
