Level Access
• Maintain and improve a multi-cloud infrastructure that supports the company’s accessibility solutions. • Implement and manage scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure on AWS, with an awareness of cost optimization best practices. • Support Kubernetes clusters, including deploying applications and managing configurations. • Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using best practices to improve reliability and speed of software delivery. • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with tools such as Terraform and Ansible. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure deployment and architectural best practices. • Implement observability and monitoring solutions using tools like Datadog and CloudWatch to ensure system reliability. • Apply GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD for deployment automation. • Contribute to infrastructure and process documentation for consistency and knowledge sharing. • Assist with compliance efforts including security and frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2. • Participate in incident response and on-call rotations as required.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering (SRE), or related roles.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions).
- Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows and GitOps tools (ArgoCD or FluxCD).
- Experience configuring and deploying Helm Charts.
- Skilled in Bash scripting; familiarity with Python and AWS Lambda is a plus.
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog and AWS CloudWatch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and drive reliability, scalability, and efficiency across our production systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes administration, observability, and incident management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining highly available and resilient platforms.
