• Actively involved in the full recruitment cycle from initiating hire requisitions through employment offers and onboarding. • Ensures all positions are filled in alignment with company culture, and in a timely manner. • The Recruiter will handle open requisitions with various levels of technical and/or labor market complexity. • Follow the company recruitment processes complying with local, state, and federal employment laws. • Utilize sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure the company attracts and selects the best candidates considering skills, experiences and cultural fit for the position. • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to qualify position requirements including qualifications, experience, location and or travel frequency, compensation expectations, etc. • Coach hiring manager in regards to competitive compensation and collaborate with Benefits/Compensation if necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent combinations of experience and education.
- Two years HR sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience.
- Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS).
