• Du übernimmst das gesamte Spektrum einer Buchhaltung. Von der Verbuchung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen, den Zahlungsverkehr, Mahnwesen bis hin zur Erstellung der Hausgeldabrechnung und der Wirtschaftspläne. • Du bist Ansprechpartner/in bei allen Fragen und Anliegen rund um Zahlungen kümmerst Dich um die rechtzeitige Erstellung der WEG-Abrechnung und der Wirtschaftspläne für das neue Wirtschaftsjahr sowie Sollstellung der Hausgelder inkl. Mahnwesen. • Du kümmerst Dich um die Bezahlung und Verbuchung von Dienstleister- und Handwerkerrechnungen. • Du bereitest für den Beirat einmal im Jahr die Rechnungsprüfung (Belegprüfung) vor.
Job Requirements
- Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilien oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und hast bereits Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung für WEG-Objekte gesammelt.
- Kenntnisse im WEG-Recht: Du kennst Dich im WEG-Recht aus und bist mit den gängigen Verwaltungsabläufen vertraut.
- Kommunikationstalent: Du gehst mit Eigentümern, Dienstleistern und Handwerkern souverän und freundlich um und kannst auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig und lösungsorientiert bleiben.
- Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben gleichzeitig den Überblick und arbeitest strukturiert.
- Technikaffinität: Du kennst Dich mit MS Office aus und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Immobilienverwaltungssoftware Domus.

You will work closely with ownership and our outside CPA, and will be expected to operate with a high degree of independence and accuracy.
