• Configure bid offers and validate assembly calendars according to each group's characteristics. • Review and adjust system configurations, ensuring adherence to current rules and the official calendar. • Handle daily requests for bid offers, analyzing eligibility and consistency of information. • Retrieve Federal Lottery results and formalize/approve assemblies in the system. • Analyze group balances and inform the manager of the need for additional contributions (top-ups) or redemptions (withdrawals). • Extract and validate reports of accredited bids, identifying inconsistencies and deviations. • Extract confirmed quota reports and send allocation notifications via OMNI. • Perform manual resending when automatic sending fails. • Cancel allocations for delinquent quotas after alignment with the credit area and notify the responsible department. • Address allocation pending issues due to non-payment of bids, canceling when necessary. • Coordinate with the relevant area to send reservation notices to consortium members. • Analyze assembly results, identify improvement opportunities and propose system enhancements. • Conduct market analyses and contribute to the strategic positioning of products. • Prepare Business Plans for new consortium groups. • Propose operational adjustments to optimize processes and reduce rework. • Perform preliminary analysis of SAG 2080, identifying and correcting inconsistencies in collaboration with involved areas. • Review notes, alerts and responses from the Central Bank, implementing corrective and preventive actions. • Support maintenance of regulatory compliance for groups and operational processes. • Execute procedures for opening new groups, ensuring standardization. • Assess the need for new products, requesting feasibility studies from the Planning area. • Detail characteristics such as administration fee, credits, sales composition, number of participants and duration. • Authorize groups for commercialization and notify the involved areas.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, Management Processes, Economics, Statistics or related fields.
- Experience performing moderately complex routines with autonomy.
- Analytical capability to interpret data, identify deviations and support decision-making.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data cross-referencing, formulas and basic automations.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI for building dashboards, KPIs and integrated visual analyses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing emails, notices and coordinating with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook and productivity/organization tools.
- Organization and control of administrative and operational routines, including management of physical and digital documents.
- Ability to solve moderately complex problems with critical thinking and strategic vision.
- Collaborative profile with ease to work in teams and support internal processes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to standardization and quality of information.
- Proactivity and interest in continuous development of technical and behavioral competencies.
