Role Description The Corp. Role Description Chemonics seeks a Forecasting and Supply Chain Planning (FASP) Analyst. The Forecasting and Supply Planning (FASP) Analyst works with the Global Supply Chain Team to support the Global Health Supply Chain – Procurement & Supply Management (GSHC-PSM) project in the quantification of medicines and medical consumables across task orders. The GHSC-PSM project helps ensure the uninterrupted supply of health commodities in support of U.S. government-funded public health initiatives around the world. The Procurement and Supply Management project is the primary vehicle through which the United States Government (USG) 1) procures and provides health commodities, 2) provides technical assistance to improve partner countries’ management of the supply chain, and 3) collaborates with key international stakeholders to support global health initiatives. - Contribute to data-driven management and evaluation of country supply planning performance, including aggregation of planning analyses in excel and/or Business Intelligence software such as Power BI - Contribute technical input to FASP activities - With support from Technical Advisors and in coordination with the Global Supply Chain Team, conduct reviews of in-country forecasting and supply planning and develop strategies aiming to increase efficiencies in commodities ordering and resupply requirements planning, through utilization of tools and modeling techniques - With support from Technical Advisors, provide systems support in country supply chain forecasting and supply planning.
