• Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, email, and other communication channels to generate new business opportunities. • Identify and engage prospective customers, referral partners, and strategic business relationships. • Follow up consistently with inbound and outbound leads to maintain engagement and move opportunities through the pipeline. • Assist in building and maintaining a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the company. • Build positive relationships with prospects while maintaining a professional and trustworthy customer experience. • Communicate clearly and confidently with potential clients while understanding their moving and logistics needs. • Handle conversations professionally while navigating different customer personalities and objections. • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, outreach efforts, and follow-up activity within the CRM. • Track lead progression, pipeline updates, and outreach performance consistently. • Stay highly organized with daily follow-ups and task management. • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities. • Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach messaging, sales workflows, and lead generation processes over time. • Provide consistent updates regarding pipeline activity and sales progress. • Maintain strong daily outreach activity and consistent follow-up efforts. • Stay proactive in identifying new opportunities and areas for business growth. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and pipeline goals.
Job Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, appointment setting, or business development.
- Previous experience with cold outreach, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Experience working with US-based customers or companies is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience within moving, logistics, home services, or similar industries is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable spending a large portion of the day communicating with prospects over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Relationship-driven and naturally personable.
- Persistent without being overly aggressive.
- Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while staying highly organized and accountable.

Role Description VQ OrthoCare is expanding its VA-focused sales presence nationwide. We are looking for experienced medical sales representatives, independent contractors, and W2 sales professionals who already have relationships inside the VA healthcare system. The primary mission is simple: help veterans gain access to clinically meaningful orthopedic, rehabilitation, and pain-management technologies that can support conservative care, improve function, and reduce pain where clinically appropriate. This is not a cold-start sales role.
