Role Description Eaton’s FFD Fluid Filtration Division is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist. This is a remote based position. All candidates must currently reside within the United States and must work out of a United States remote location. The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for entering orders and coordinating order transport accurately, timely and efficiently. This role is also expected to establish and maintain a working relationship with customers, assisting them and market channels in pricing, equipment identification, and expediting. The expected annual salary range for this role is $59000 - $86000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Role Description This role supports the management of troubled loans, criticized/classified assets, and high-risk borrowers by coordinating documentation, monitoring loan performance, assisting with workout strategies, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
