Role Description CTG is seeking a Fullstack Application Developer with strong ReactJS and NodeJS expertise to support our client’s application development initiatives. This role is ideal for a developer experienced in building scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, and modern user interfaces within Agile environments. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain fullstack web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS - Design responsive front-end interfaces and scalable backend APIs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD processes - Integrate databases, third-party APIs, and cloud-based services - Ensure application quality, security, and maintainability Qualifications - 3+ years of fullstack development experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred - Equivalent experience will also be considered - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Requirements - Strong experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 - Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services using Express.js - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies including Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis - Familiarity with ISO 9001 and related quality standards - Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications - Proficiency with Excel, Minitab, or similar data analysis tools - Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills - Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases preferred - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies Benefits - The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00 to $70.00/hour. - Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. - In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
