Job Requirements
- Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service
- Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization.
- Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings.
- Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays
- Possess sales experience
- Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
- Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)
