Job Requirements
- Have UX/UI design experience in product or B2B SaaS
- Have experience designing developer workflows (APIs, infrastructure)
- Be familiar with AI/ML workflows such as model deployment and inference
- Have the ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive, scalable experiences
- Have experience working in ambiguous or early-stage product environments, iterating quickly and delivering clarity through design
- Be proficient in prototyping and iterative design, using research and analytics to guide design decisions

Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our growing team on a part time/contract basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging product experiences that delight our users — from concept to delivery. You will also collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure brand consistency across the full customer journey, contributing to assets such as landing pages, sales decks, and campaign visuals. What you'll be doing: - Product Design (Primary Focus) - Own end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery through delivery - Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant solutions - Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes - Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring ideas to life - Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions - Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability - Marketing & Sales Design (Secondary Focus) - Design marketing materials that align with the product brand, such as landing pages, ads, and campaign assets - Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and elevate our visual storytelling - Support the sales team with design for presentations, one-pagers, and other collateral - Ensure brand cohesion across digital product, web, and sales experiences Note: this job is remote, and we are open to candidates across Europe. • Lead the UX and UI design for one or more Modo product teams, from concept to launch and beyond. • Translate product vision and user needs into elegant, functional, and engaging user interfaces. • Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment across all surfaces. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design direction. • Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity mockups with a strong attention to detail. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure designs are feasible, optimized, and aligned with product goals. • Advocate for the user and help shape product strategy through user-centered design thinking. • Contribute to team culture and mentor junior designers by sharing best practices, feedback, and thought leadership. • Ensure accessibility and performance are considered in all design output. • Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and product brainstorming sessions. • Proactively identify user experience issues and propose thoughtful solutions based on data and research. • Maintain clear design documentation and specifications to support handoff to engineering. • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to iterate quickly and efficiently based on user feedback and evolving requirements. • Partner with analytics and product teams to validate design hypotheses through testing and experimentation.
• Own and evolve PIERRE's design system in Figma — semantic tokens, components, variables, states, scoping. • Translate system updates from Figma into the codebase: open the React Native repo in Cursor, edit components, run things locally, prototype with Claude Code. • Design and ship product features end-to-end at the screen and flow level. • Contribute to PIERRE's widget system — a generative, modular home built around natural language interactions with our AI. • Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, Midjourney, etc.) as part of your daily method.
