• Lead the UX and UI design for one or more Modo product teams, from concept to launch and beyond. • Translate product vision and user needs into elegant, functional, and engaging user interfaces. • Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment across all surfaces. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design direction. • Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity mockups with a strong attention to detail. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure designs are feasible, optimized, and aligned with product goals. • Advocate for the user and help shape product strategy through user-centered design thinking. • Contribute to team culture and mentor junior designers by sharing best practices, feedback, and thought leadership. • Ensure accessibility and performance are considered in all design output. • Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and product brainstorming sessions. • Proactively identify user experience issues and propose thoughtful solutions based on data and research. • Maintain clear design documentation and specifications to support handoff to engineering. • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to iterate quickly and efficiently based on user feedback and evolving requirements. • Partner with analytics and product teams to validate design hypotheses through testing and experimentation.
• Own and evolve PIERRE's design system in Figma — semantic tokens, components, variables, states, scoping. • Translate system updates from Figma into the codebase: open the React Native repo in Cursor, edit components, run things locally, prototype with Claude Code. • Design and ship product features end-to-end at the screen and flow level. • Contribute to PIERRE's widget system — a generative, modular home built around natural language interactions with our AI. • Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, Midjourney, etc.) as part of your daily method.
Senior Analytics Experience Designer
AspirionRevenue Cycle Management Services | Advanced Technology, Top Talent, Optimal Revenue Results
• Join discovery sessions alongside the BI Product Manager when the consumption experience is central to defining the problem • Observe how users interact with data in their actual environment, contribute a user experience perspective before solutions are attached to problems, and push back when a proposed direction is technically solvable but experientially wrong. • Own information hierarchy, navigation, visualization selection, and layout across BI reporting products. • Make and defend design decisions based on the decision the report needs to enable, not aesthetic preference. • Align with the Analytics Developer on data availability before making design commitments. • Maintain working knowledge of both primary consumer types - operational users who need to act quickly and leadership users who need context and narrative - and design appropriately for each. • Test designs with actual users from both categories before work ships. • Prototype early and share work before it is finished. • Test the design approach, not just the visual details, and iterate based on what users actually do rather than what they say they prefer. • Own and maintain the Power BI visual standard for the BI team, including color conventions, layout patterns, visualization guidelines, and reusable templates for the two primary use cases. • Document design decisions so the standard can be evolved intentionally. • Track whether shipped work is being used and whether the experience is creating the conditions for decisions to be made. • Surface adoption signals and design-related friction back into iteration rather than treating delivery as the endpoint. • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and effort estimation as part of a structured delivery model. Work is tracked and managed in Azure DevOps.
