Title: Sr Field Application Specialist Location: New Territories Hong Kong Full time Remote As a Sr. Field Application Specialist, you play an important role in the implementation of custom automated laboratory projects. This will be achieved through applying Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Momentum™ Automation Workflow software and will include testing & problem solving of automated robotic systems integrated with specialized instrumentation to defined specifications. Understanding the customer’s scientific workflows will enable you to optimize processes for efficiency and consistent high-quality results.  What you will contribute:  Team Collaboration  - Collaborate with multi-functional project teams that include the end customer, Application Scientists, Project Managers, Integrators, Designers, and Software Developers to plan and develop ETO solutions   - Optimize the customer’s workflows for throughput while delivering reliable results  - Lead discussions as the domain expert and provide customers with system introduction-level training  - Share feedback with internal teams to help drive and implement continuous improvements    Key Responsibilities  - Translate customer scientific requirements to develop, implement, and validate complex large-scale automated workflows using our scheduling software integrated with a wide array of diagnostic laboratory instruments.   - Serve as the technical lead in defining data-handling requirements and configuring systems to interact with the customer’s Lab Information Management System (LIMS) as needed.  - Teach and optimize robot/mover motion and workflows for efficiency and reliability   - Conduct robust testing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully achieve site acceptance test (SAT) approval  - Ensure systems are integrated according to best practices and defined standard operating procedures      How will you get there?  Education:  - Bachelor’s degree in science (Biology, Chemistry, Computer), Engineering, or related field  Experience:  - 8 years minimum relevant industry experience   - 5 years in a role directly collaborating with customers in a professional environment  - Experience in Pharma or Biotech industries working with laboratory instrumentation considered an asset  Knowledge & Skills:  - High proficiency in software problem-solving techniques and ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical devices  - Strong analytical skills to identify and address appropriate solutions to complex requirements  - Proficiency with programming languages (C++, Python, or other)   - Familiarity with IQ/OQ validation or GxP requirements is considered an asset  - Solid understanding of software and computer communications   - Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and collaborate with customers and various team functions  - Strong organization, planning and time leadership skills    Other Requirements:  - Valid Passport  - Ability to travel 75% of the time internationally without restrictions

• Provides patient care modalities of evidence-based practices to best meet the clinical needs of the patients. • Review and signature of patient clinical Psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and consents as needed for the patient in a timely manner. • Documents all services and patient activities appropriately. • Conducts crisis intervention for the individual and family based on the individual’s safety plan. • Participate in regular case planning with the involved Multidisciplinary Team.

• Collaborates with our clinical team on developing, facilitating, training, and educating patients with chronic respiratory disease using virtual/remote technology. • Assists in ongoing program improvement efforts, including making recommendations on new processes, tools, and techniques. • Assists in the development of clinical and non-clinical staff by providing education and conducting ongoing training programs. • Delivers Pulmonary Rehabilitation sessions virtually from our San Luis Obispo facility. • Provides patients with education and exercise programs. • Collaborates with the team to develop patient teaching materials and protocols to enhance our Virtual Pulmonary Rehabilitation program. • Assesses patient health before, during, and after program. • Documents clear and concise notes in the medical record. • Maintains strong and current knowledge of pulmonary rehabilitation information via lectures, seminars, independent reading, etc. • Complies with all company policies, federal, state, and local legal and certification requirements, as applicable. • Other duties as assigned by Leadership.

• Deliver individual and group therapy through a secure telehealth platform, providing vital support to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. • Utilizes and promotes trauma-informed treatment through the provision of evidence-based practices. • Participates in developing the patient’s treatment plan and outcomes in cooperation with the treatment team. • Provides direct therapeutic services consisting of individual, group, and/or family therapy, dependent on the patient's needs. • Makes ongoing assessments regarding the patient’s progress in treatment and revises the treatment plan according to patient needs. • Completes clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner. • Establishes and maintains contact and relationships with referral sources related to patient caseload. • Provide crisis intervention, education, and long-term recovery strategies through virtual care. • Has insight into healthcare professional monitoring and boards.
