Your Mission: - Customer Identification: Proactively identify potential customers in your area through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and referrals. - Relationship Building: Meet with current and potential customers in person to understand their challenges, build empathy, and establish trust by providing a positive experience. - Closing: Utilize effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and consistently achieve your targets. - Product Knowledge: Become an expert on all things Teya and our suite of products (don’t worry, you’ll receive plenty of training!). - Market Feedback: Collaborate with the rest of the company by providing valuable "boots-on-the-ground" insights to help improve our products. - Customer Loyalty: Maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling Teya solutions to maximize value and retention. - Brand Representation: Act as the face of Teya in your territory, embodying our values and our vision. Your Responsibilities: - Field Sales activities to acquire new customers within your assigned territory; - Participation in morning team meetings to define plans, set goals, and share experiences; - Management of an active client portfolio and post-sales activities; - Providing excellent and personalized customer service. - Your mission is not just to close contracts, but to create lasting partnerships and contribute to the satisfaction and success of our customers by truly understanding their needs. Your Profile: - Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial role with short sales cycles.
