Job Description
Senior Product Manager
DemandTec
Role Description This is the role at the center of that transformation. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of DemandTec's Price and Promotion platform — not as two modules that happen to share a roadmap, but as a single connected decision system that fundamentally changes how retailers optimize their commercial position. The opportunity is substantial: - Base pricing, trade promotion management, and the retailer-CPG collaboration layer connecting 7,800+ suppliers are all in active evolution. - AI agents are replacing manual workflows. - Real-time data pipelines are replacing batch decisioning. - Retailers that optimize price and promotion coherently will have a structural margin advantage over those that don’t. Your mandate is to design and ship the platform that gives them that advantage. What You'll Own - Connected platform strategy and roadmap. - Explicit ownership of the seams where pricing decisions meet promotional economics. - The AI-native transformation of the pricing and promotion workflow. - The CPG collaboration layer. - Success metrics that matter. What You'll Do - Define and drive product strategy for connected price and promotion optimization. - Design agentic pricing and promotional workflows. - Translate complex retail economics into clear product requirements. - Partner with Data Science to develop and ship ML-powered capabilities. - Work directly with retail and CPG customers to validate product direction. - Evaluate technical trade-offs and guide architectural decisions. - Lead go-to-market planning for major capability launches. - Stay ahead of market trends in AI/ML, retail pricing science, and competitive dynamics. Qualifications - 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping scalable B2B or enterprise SaaS products. - Deep domain expertise in retail pricing optimization and trade promotion management. - Strong command of retail economics. - Proven ability to translate complex pricing and promotional challenges into precise product requirements. - Direct experience working with enterprise retail or CPG customers. - Excellent communication across functions and levels. Preferred - Experience building or managing AI-native products. - Hands-on experience with trade promotion management platforms. - Familiarity with cloud-native architectures. - Background in category management, pricing science, or demand planning. - MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field. Benefits - Competitive Salary & Bonus: Annual discretionary, performance-based bonus. - Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents. - Retirement: 401(k) with company match. - Time Off: Flexible PTO policy + 11 paid company holidays. - Remote-First: Work from anywhere in the United States. - Growth: Annual professional development opportunities for conferences, courses, and certifications. - Equipment: Choice of MacBook Pro or Windows PC. - Impact: Direct influence on a mission-critical platform used by leading global retailers.

Lead Product Marketing Manager, Growth & Lifecycle
BnBerryEasy-to-use solutions to help increase your hotel’s revenues, bookings and guest satisfaction
Role Description Hosto.ai is the AI cohost for Airbnb hosts. It answers guests in the host's voice at 2am, syncs calendars across channels, fills empty nights, and runs cleaners. Five million owner-operators are running short-term rentals on the side of full-time lives — and every tool built for them so far has helped them work faster, not actually do the work. Hosto is the bet that they want their lives back instead of a better dashboard. You'll own growth across the entire product funnel and the user lifecycle — from the headline a host clicks in an ad to the email that brings them back from a paused trial. This is product marketing as a closed loop: positioning that fits the product, copy that survives the funnel, lifecycle that compounds. In this role, you will: - Own the funnel end-to-end — signup → activation → trial → paid → retained. Set the model, run the experiments. - Own trial-to-paid conversion — design the trial experience, the upgrade moment, and the pricing copy that turns active trials into paying hosts. - Run the full lifecycle program — onboarding sequence, in-product messaging, winback for paused trials, expansion for hosts adding properties. - Sharpen positioning as the product evolves — Hosto is creating a new category. Your job is to find the words that get hosts to nod, that make the value obvious in five seconds, that hold up against a dozen lookalikes. - Own the landing page and message-to-market fit — the LP is the conversion engine. Test headlines, proof points, social proof, layout. - Build the activation moment — design the moment a new host first feels Hosto earn its keep. Qualifications - 6+ years of product marketing, with at least 2 owning self-serve B2C or low-ACV B2B SaaS funnels. - You've moved an activation or trial-conversion metric — and can show the before-and-after on a real funnel. - Lifecycle marketing in your bones — you've owned an onboarding sequence, a winback program, an in-product messaging framework. - You know which tool, which trigger, which line moved which number. - Founder-grade copy chops — you write the LP, the email, the in-app message yourself. - Quantitative — funnel models, cohort analysis, segment-level retention. - Native or near-native English — every word ships to a US-based solo Airbnb host. Requirements - This role isn't for you if: - You want to run brand campaigns. - You see PMM as "writing one-pagers for sales." - Your last role had you in slide decks more than in the product. - "Activation rate" is a number someone else owns. Benefits - Fully remote workplace — work from anywhere with premium tooling and a software stipend. - Competitive salary + milestone-tied bonuses — base plus upside tied to the lifecycle and growth metrics you'll own. - Meaningful equity stake — first PMM in the company, owning the funnel that compounds the rest of the business. - Full ownership of the funnel — no committee, no review layer. The LP, the emails, the in-app messages are yours to ship.
