Senior Principal Consultant, IAM Strategy
GuidePoint Security
• Lead strategic identity security engagements focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS), Non-Human Identity Management (NHIM) • Advise enterprise clients on developing scalable, cloud-first identity strategies aligned to business transformation and cybersecurity objectives. • Conduct maturity assessments, current-state evaluations, and future-state roadmap development for identity security programs. • Define IAM operating models, governance frameworks, and identity security architecture standards. • Provide strategic guidance to internal GuidePoint operations teams to move new offerings from idea to production. • Advise organizations on enterprise PAM strategy, architecture, and modernization initiatives. • Support the development of privileged access governance models, privileged session management strategies, vault modernization, and just-in-time access approaches. • Lead cloud identity transformation initiatives leveraging modern IDaaS platforms. • Help organizations establish governance and security strategies for machine identities, workloads, API keys, service accounts, certificates, bots, AI agents, and automation platforms. • Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs, IAM leaders, and executive stakeholders. • Contribute to the development of GuidePoint’s IAM strategy offerings, methodologies, templates, and service accelerators.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity consulting, or enterprise security architecture.
- Deep expertise in PAM, cloud identity, and enterprise IAM strategy.
- Strong understanding of modern IDaaS platforms and hybrid identity architectures.
- Experience with emerging identity security concepts including NHIM, ITDR, secrets management, and AI security.
- Proven experience leading enterprise IAM transformation initiatives and strategic advisory engagements.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders across large enterprise organizations.
- Experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services environments strongly preferred.

• Meet with participants in their homes at least every six (6) months, in accordance with established timelines. • Demonstrate expertise of the Personal Options services program, applicable West Virginia waiver programs, and Palco policies. • Educate and mentor participants and/or their designated representative on their rights, responsibilities, and risks in the program; • Monitor and evaluate participants or their designated representative on their ability to participate in the program. • Assist members and representatives, as appropriate, in developing and implementing their initial service/spending plan and subsequent updates. • Monitor service/spending plan utilization. • Report and respond to all member/representative complaints and grievances regarding FMS and Resource Consulting services. • Act as a mandatory reporter and report and respond to all required incidents, including, but not limited to, any allegations of reports of suspected abuse, neglect, and exploitation. • Use a person-centered approach in all interactions with participants. • Thoroughly and accurately document visits with participants on a company-issued laptop using professional and detailed language. • Log events and run reports electronically. • Perform required administrative tasks daily to include calling to schedule and/or confirm upcoming visits and responding to company emails and calls. • Follow operational procedures as defined by Palco. • Participate in shadowing opportunities with new resource consultants as requested and attend and participate in periodic training sessions as required by Palco. • Distribute new information to participants on your caseload in a timely manner. • Display care in use of company equipment and data in accordance with company policies, including HIPPA privacy practices.
• Collaborate with other teammates and client teams to deliver high-quality infusion consulting solutions, including new builds and optimization of existing client strategies. • Work directly with customers to execute alternate site strategies, leading portions of engagement through hypothesis-based solution development and execution. • Lead meetings and build client trust through clear communication. • Create and refine executive messaging frameworks to communicate priorities, risks, opportunities, and recommendations effectively. • Address ambiguous problems using structured thinking, consulting frameworks, and hypothesis-driven approaches. • Translate data and qualitative findings into insights that elevate leadership decision-making. • Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance infusion consulting skills and industry knowledge.
