• Kundenbetreuung: Du unterstützt unsere Kunden sowohl telefonisch als auch elektronisch bei Anwendungsfragen und technischen Problemen. Dabei sorgst Du für eine schnelle und kompetente Lösung ihrer Anliegen. • Fehlerqualifizierung: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden analysierst Du eingehende Fehlermeldungen. Du qualifizierst die Probleme, findest Erstlösungen und dokumentierst diese präzise in unserem Ticketsystem (Zendesk). • Priorisierung & Klassifizierung: Du bist für die Analyse, Priorisierung und Klassifizierung der eingehenden Fehlermeldungen zuständig, um sicherzustellen, dass die dringlichsten Probleme zeitnah bearbeitet werden. • Kundendatenpflege: Du legst neue Kundendaten an, pflegst diese und kümmerst Dich um die damit verbundene Korrespondenz. Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Informationen immer auf dem neuesten Stand sind.
Job Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT- oder kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
- Du besitzt eine hohe Internetaffinität und Lösungskompetenz, ein sicherer Umgang mit Internet und PC ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Als guter Zuhörer trittst Du positiv, sicher und freundlich gegenüber Kunden und Mitarbeitern auf und hast Freude daran, anderen zu helfen.
- Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich in einem netten Team.
- Du zeigst Sozialkompetenz, Eigeninitiative und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
- Du kommunizierst professionell schriftlich und mündlich in deutscher (bestenfalls auch in englischer) Sprache.

Role Description The Order Management Specialist will be a partner to our customers in making sure their orders receive timely attention and care with a North America and Europe focus. This role works closely with the Revenue team, Sales, Support, and Operations teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently and that we have a seamless and efficient quote-to-cash process. As scaling and automation are a large focus, this person will work closely with their manager and cross-functional departments to help drive process & systems enhancements.
