Role Description A detail-oriented and experienced Division 8 Estimator is sought to join a growing team specializing in doors, frames, hardware, and locking systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents for Division 8 scope requirements - Preparing accurate cost estimates for doors, frames, hardware, and locking systems - Performing quantity takeoffs and material calculations - Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and product information - Analyzing bid documents, addenda, and project revisions - Preparing and submitting proposals and bid packages within deadlines - Collaborating with project managers, sales teams, and clients regarding project requirements - Maintaining organized estimating records and project documentation - Identifying value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions - Ensuring estimates align with company standards, project specifications, and industry regulations Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred - Minimum of 2 years of estimating experience in construction, doors and hardware, or related industry - Knowledge of Division 8 products including doors, frames, hardware, and access control systems - Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction specifications - Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Experience working with commercial construction projects preferred - Comfortable working U.S. hours Requirements - Remote work from home Company Description Fraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
