Job Description

Project Coordinator

Dijital Team

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking renovation projects • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers • Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays or risks early • Liaise with site supervisors and trades to support day-to-day operations • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site access requirements • Ensure works progress according to plans and specifications • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders throughout projects • Utilise communication platforms to support internal collaboration, calls, and messaging • Provide updates on project progress, timelines, and changes • Support issue resolution and stakeholder expectation management in a professional manner • Maintain project documentation, quotes, and contracts • Track budgets, invoices, and project variations • Ensure compliance with permits, approvals, and safety requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination
  • Certification in Project Coordination is preferred
  • Experience within the construction and/or renovation industry is highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Experience using Buildxact or similar project management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in phone-based interactions
  • Proactive problem-solver with a “get it done” attitude
  • Ability to think critically and ask insightful questions
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship management skills
