Project Coordinator
Dijital Team
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking renovation projects • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers • Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays or risks early • Liaise with site supervisors and trades to support day-to-day operations • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site access requirements • Ensure works progress according to plans and specifications • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders throughout projects • Utilise communication platforms to support internal collaboration, calls, and messaging • Provide updates on project progress, timelines, and changes • Support issue resolution and stakeholder expectation management in a professional manner • Maintain project documentation, quotes, and contracts • Track budgets, invoices, and project variations • Ensure compliance with permits, approvals, and safety requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination
- Certification in Project Coordination is preferred
- Experience within the construction and/or renovation industry is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Experience using Buildxact or similar project management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in phone-based interactions
- Proactive problem-solver with a “get it done” attitude
- Ability to think critically and ask insightful questions
- Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship management skills
