Role Description We are looking for a Delivery Process Coordinator to act as the process ambassador and data quality owner for a large-scale network consolidation program at a US-based Tier-2 Telco. In this role, you will work closely with our Migration Leads and Architects to ensure the internal Jira pipeline runs flawlessly. Your primary goal is to maintain "Jira hygiene," ensuring that all tickets have complete data, correct statuses, and proper traceability links before they move to the next stage. You will not manage the technical migration or face the client. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at process coordination and proactive communication. Location & Working Hours: Remote (Ukraine or LATAM). Requires a minimum 4-hour overlap with US EST. Responsibilities: - Act as the quality checker for the Jira workflow. Routinely audit tickets to ensure all mandatory fields are filled out correctly by the engineering team before tasks transition to the next phase. - Proactively monitor the pipeline for incomplete tickets. Act as an ambassador—politely and firmly communicating missing requirements to senior technical staff and helping them understand the business value of following the process. - Support the Migration Lead by executing the administrative side of release batching in Jira. This includes structuring weekend migration waves with dozens of tickets and ensuring all prerequisite fields are populated prior to CAB review. - Ensure every executed technical change is linked to corresponding assets in the external CMDB. You will be the guardian of the audit trail, guaranteeing our work translates into measurable financial ROI. - Assist the Project Manager with internal administrative tasks, such as tracking cross-stream dependencies, reconciling time-tracking data, and maintaining internal operational artifacts. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO Support, ITSM, or Scrum Mastering within IT or infrastructure programs. - Strong Jira User Skills: You don't need to be a backend Jira Administrator, but you must be a highly confident "Power User" (understanding JQL, bulk updates, dashboards, issue linking, and workflow statuses). - High Emotional Intelligence & Diplomacy: Ability to successfully chase down missing information and enforce data quality rules with senior engineers while maintaining a positive, collaborative team atmosphere. - Exceptional Attention to Detail: You naturally spot inconsistencies in data and care deeply about maintaining a pristine audit trail. - Language: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2-C1), with strong written communication skills for internal collaboration. Benefits - Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth. - Competitive Pay and Benefits: enjoy a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, and a relocation program. - Work From Anywhere Culture: make the most of the flexibility that comes with remote work. - Growth Mindset: reap the benefits of a range of professional development opportunities, including certification programs, mentorship and talent investment programs, internal mobility and internship opportunities. - Global Impact: collaborate on impactful projects for top global clients and shape the future of industries. - Welcoming Multicultural Environment: be a part of a dynamic, global team and thrive in an inclusive and supportive work environment with open communication and regular team-building company social events. - Social Sustainability Values: join our sustainable business practices focused on five pillars, including IT education, community empowerment, fair operating practices, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.
