Job Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of success in business development and the in-licensing of pharmaceutical products
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles within the healthcare service industry
- Understanding of the Canadian Regulatory landscape and processes in bringing a pharmaceutical to market
- University degree in Science, Business, Management, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in commercialization and regulatory business development
- Negotiation and key account management expertise
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Project and time management expertise
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bilingualism is an asset
