B. bei Use Cases, Prozess-Templates oder KPI-Frameworks. Qualifications - Du studierst im wirtschaftlichen, technischen oder informationswissenschaftlichen Bereich (mind. ab dem 5. Bachelor-Semester oder im Master). - Du hast erste Praxiserfahrungen in Beratung, Digitalisierung, Data Science oder Prozessmanagement gesammelt (z. B. durch Praktika, Praxissemester oder Werkstudierendenstellen). - Du hast Lust, neue Tools wie Celonis oder Signavio kennenzulernen und mit Daten und Prozessen zu arbeiten. - Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und hast ein gutes Auge für Zusammenhänge – und für Präsentationen. - Du bringst Neugier für KI und datengetriebene Geschäftsmodelle mit – eigene Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss. - Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch und bist fit in PowerPoint, Excel & Co.
