• Piloter la stratégie commerciale : Élaborer, affiner et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente afin d’atteindre les objectifs et de développer les parts de marché en France. • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales : Détecter et sécuriser des opportunités dans des catégories de produits stratégiques telles que les systèmes de distribution (pompes, airless..), applicateurs (sticks, lipsticks…), bouchons, flacons, pots, etc. • Renforcer les partenariats clients : Développer des relations de confiance avec les clients clés, comprendre en profondeur leurs besoins et proposer des solutions sur mesure à forte valeur ajoutée. • Engagement client : Accompagner proactivement les clients, répondre à leurs problématiques et garantir une expérience client d’excellence. • Gérer le budget commercial : Piloter le budget de vente régional en assurant une allocation optimale des ressources afin de maximiser la croissance. • Analyser et optimiser : Exploiter les données de vente pour identifier les tendances, détecter de nouvelles opportunités et orienter la prise de décision stratégique. • Collaborer en transverse : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Développement, Opérations, R&D et Marketing afin de garantir l’alignement et la livraison de solutions de premier plan. • Reporting et communication : Préparer des rapports commerciaux clairs et pertinents à destination de la direction, mettant en avant les résultats, les défis et les plans d’action futurs.
Job Requirements
- Diplôme en administration des affaires, commerce, marketing ou domaine équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée (3 à 5 ans) sur un poste commercial, idéalement dans le secteur de l’emballage rigide ; une expérience avec des façonniers est un atout.
- Solide connaissance des marchés du personal care et du home care.
- Succès avéré dans l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux et le développement du chiffre d’affaires.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de relations, avec une capacité à influencer à tous les niveaux.
- Forte capacité d’analyse et de réflexion stratégique.
- Français langue maternelle, avec un niveau d’anglais avancé.
