Qualifications - Deep product expertise in Offerwall, or expert-level hands-on experience with comparable mobile ad tech platforms. - Expert-level understanding of campaign types (CPA, MR-CPE, DR-CPE), MMP integrations (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular), postback configuration, and event tracking. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data (ROAS, funnel conversion, publisher-level reporting) and translate it into high-impact strategic recommendations. - Business-level English proficiency, with a proven ability to engage clients in a "technical sales" capacity and translate complex product details into clear growth insights. - Strong communication and reporting skills to operate effectively in a remote, cross-border setup, including the ability to influence Client Partners and partner cross-functionally without direct authority. Requirements - Hands-on experience with the Tapjoy Offerwall platform or comparable offerwall products from other ad tech providers. - Background in mobile gaming or app advertising at a regional or global scale. - Proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools for self-serve, deep-dive data analysis. - Proficiency in Japanese or Korean to support clients across APAC markets. - Track record of identifying and executing upsell opportunities or leading account expansion initiatives. - Experience improving team workflows or processes to enhance operational efficiency. Benefits - Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance. - Commute subsidy. - Employee stock ownership. - Competitive retirement/pension plans. - Generous vacation and personal days. - Support for new parents through leave and family-care programs. - Office food snacks. - Mental Health and Wellbeing programs and support. - Employee Resource Groups. - Global Employee Assistance Program. - Training and development programs. - Volunteering and donation matching program.
