Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering, including proven ownership of production services and operational outcomes
  • Strong AWS expertise, including cloud networking fundamentals; ability to design and operate scalable, resilient cloud infrastructures
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure security principles, including network security, IAM design, encryption, and secure architecture patterns
  • Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes at production scale (EKS strongly preferred), including cluster operations, workload scaling, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
  • Strong CI/CD engineering skills across modern systems, with a track record of improving delivery reliability and speed
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
  • Scripting-level proficiency in Python and comfort with Bash/shell for automation and operational tooling
  • Strong observability skills: ability to build operational insight across metrics/logs/traces, and to tune alerting for actionability
  • AI-first mindset: demonstrated use of AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity and quality
  • Experience in building AI assisted solutions to automate repetitive DevOps workflows
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, partnering across departments, writing clear documentation/runbooks, and mentoring peers.
