• Define and refine content strategy by identifying what resonates across different physician specialties and audience segments, and aligning messaging, format, and distribution accordingly. • Own day-to-day content planning, creation, and publishing across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other key social channels. • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product updates, campaigns, conferences, and company initiatives. • Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice and messaging for HCP audiences. • Develop and iterate on repeatable, high-performing content formats informed by performance data and audience behavior. • Write and edit compelling copy for email campaigns, newsletters, website articles, and in-product communications. • Partner with the Head of Growth to test, iterate, and improve campaign and content performance. • Use social listening to identify emerging physician trends, conversations, and sentiment across specialties. • Track industry and vertical competition and report on unique social strategies. • Support weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting, including content, email, and engagement metrics. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Data, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, healthtech, consumer-facing apps, or technology.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Proven ability to create engaging, high-performing social content, with a strong creative instinct for what captures attention and drives interaction.
  • Experience developing and managing content across social, email, and web channels.
  • Ability to use data and performance metrics to inform content decisions and optimize campaigns.
