Job Requirements
- Experience developing functional and technical specifications
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Client relationship management
- Experience with SAP MM module implementation projects, S/4HANA, and GRC Inbound
- Basic knowledge of program debugging for support
- Knowledge of electronic fiscal documents (NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e, XML)
- Advanced or fluent English (advantageous)

• Consultor de SAP BASIS para atuação temporária em projeto internacional • Disponibilidade para atuar no horário de Portugal (a partir das 10h PT / 6h BR)
• Atuar na configuração e suporte do módulo SAP SD; • Trabalhar com processos de vendas e distribuição, incluindo: Standard Order; Consignment; Third Party; Stock Transfer; Service Order; Rebate Process; Billing Plan; Inter-company STO; Make to Order. • Configurar e suportar: Pricing Procedure; Output Control; Copy Control; Partner Determination; Listing/Exclusion; Free Goods; Text Determination; Route Determination. • Atuar em integrações EDI e configuração de IDocs; • Realizar configuração de: Inbound IDocs; Outbound IDocs; Partner Profiles; Message Types. • Executar mapeamento end-to-end de segmentos IDoc; • Coordenar integrações com fornecedores e sistemas terceiros; • Atuar na reprocessamento e resolução de problemas relacionados a IDocs; • Realizar troubleshooting e debug inicial em cenários de integração; • Garantir o correto processamento de interfaces SAP; • Apoiar melhorias contínuas e estabilidade operacional dos processos SAP SD; • Demais rotinas da área.
• Provide support and maintenance for SAP S/4HANA 1909 environment; • Configure and support Purchase Order (PO) and Stock Transport Order (STO) processes; • Configure pricing procedures and access sequences for different types of purchase orders; • Work on end-to-end Vendor Consignment processes; • Troubleshoot processes and incidents related to the Procure to Pay (PTP) cycle; • Work with EDI scenarios, including analysis and problem resolution; • Ensure efficient integration between SAP and third-party systems; • Perform integration between MM and FI modules; • Support and manage master data, including Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records (PIR) and Condition Records; • Participate in both support activities and projects, according to business needs; • Support global onshore and offshore teams; • Produce functional and technical documentation; • Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and involved areas; • Perform other routine tasks within the area.
