• Learn the business and build relationships to become a valued cross-functional resource, providing data led insights that enable better decision-making • Support multiple functions in data management and analysis (Sales, Marketing, Ops, PMO, Business Development) to inform and improve standard processes, as well as in support of strategic transformation initiatives • Assist in the creation of detailed process maps and documentation to illustrate current and future-state business processes • Support the analysis of current business processes, data, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement • With guidance, prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to stakeholders • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of departmental issues and risks, and work with leadership to recommend opportunities and solutions • Generate/build ad-hoc reports and analyses
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel – VBA, SQL, and R/Python preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Experience with or ability to learn business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software
- Experience working collaboratively on Microsoft Office Suite/Teams, including sharing documents, setting permissions, and managing version history to facilitate team collaboration and document management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Aptitude and desire for learning new/different processes within the company, with a drive to build a strong foundational skillset for a career at Vero
