Hostaway
• Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue targets within the UK market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers. • Own the full sales cycle, with proven experience in both inbound and outbound activities. • Your main focus will be outbound. • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that resonate with clients. • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape our European expansion. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system. • Represent Hostaway at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our client base.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Any additional language fluency with French, Spanish, or Italian is a bonus.
- You’re a results-driven, proactive individual with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-growth environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a dynamic, evolving market.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
