• Directly lead and develop a team of 6-10 AEs in a high-velocity, metrics-driven outbound sales environment • Set clear expectations and coach on daily/monthly sales activities and targets • Foster a growth-focused, coachable culture instilling grit, adaptability, and a strong work ethic • Champion smart, data-driven selling: analyzing dashboards, diagnosing bottlenecks, and continuously finding ways to optimize team performance • Conduct regular call monitoring, deal inspection, and live coaching including joint calls or role play as needed • Provide concise weekly performance summaries, pipeline forecasts, and hiring needs to internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of frontline sales management, ideally in a high-volume, SaaS or outbound SDR/AE setting
  • Demonstrated leadership: ability to motivate, guide, and upskill diverse teams especially in a remote or distributed setting
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding team metrics and developing sellers to achieve and grow
  • Deep problem-solving and business acumen skilled at diagnosing gaps, prioritizing opportunities, and acting decisively
  • Expertise in outbound strategy: modern prospecting, CRM hygiene, follow-up, and messaging optimization
  • Excellent communication skills: clear, direct, and motivating on live coaching calls, pipeline reviews, and executive updates
  • Solutions- and results-oriented: resourceful, adaptable, and energized by new challenges in a high-growth, startup environment.
