Personal Lines Producer

Faithful

• Responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with personal lines clients • Growing the book of business through new client sales • Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects • Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on existing client needs • Actively solicit increases in existing client coverage • Obtain best coverage/rate for insured, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage • Present policies to insured and educate them on coverages and rates • Monitor, review, and report on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved • Collaborate with team members and mentor staff • Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education

Job Requirements

  • Hold the insurance license required by Arizona
  • Minimum of two years Sales Experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and usages
  • Proven track record of business-to-business sales success
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • People-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive

In this role, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of content, including external marketing pieces and internal corporate communications. This includes ideation, storyboarding, shooting, lighting, editing, color grading, and audio mixing.
