HARVEST VALUATIONS

Role Description As a Documentation Clerk, your primary responsibility is to assist analysts by compiling, managing and extracting information from documents submitted for review by our clients. You'll collaborate closely with the Research team to ensure the timely delivery of client reports by following established protocols. This role involves: - Classifying documents - Performing data entry - Tracking the receipt of documents - Completing documentation duties as assigned Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation - Proficiency in data entry and document classification techniques - Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently - Ability to manage assignments with competing deadlines by organizing tasks and adjusting priorities - Strong interpersonal communication skills - Ability to follow established protocols and procedures precisely - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to maintain positive interactions with colleagues, partners, and clients - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management - Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment Requirements - Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, records management, or a related field - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a client servicing, documentation, records management, administrative or data entry role - Experience working in a data-intensive environment (e.g. legal, healthcare, financial services) is a plus - Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks - Frequent use of computer, keyboard, and office equipment - Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions to maintain focus and accuracy - Reliable high-speed internet connection to support secure document processing and collaboration - Ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting while maintaining attention to detail - Strong self-discipline and time management skills to work independently and efficiently - Comfortable using remote communication tools (e.g. email, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) for team collaboration - Ability to adapt to evolving document workflows and new technology - Strong analytical skills to identify inconsistencies or missing information in documents Company Description Harvest Valuations LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
